Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion) Job Summary a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join the team at McKesson. In this role, you will support licensed pharmacists in a fast-paced environment by ensuring accurate medication dispensing, maintaining inventory, andplying with all pharmacy regulations. This is a fully onsite position with strong potential to convert to a full-time role. Key Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:
Prepare, label, and package prescription medications Measure and count medications accurately per prescription orders Replenish automated dispensing systems with medication stock Ensure proper labeling and usage instructions Maintain a clean andanized work area
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and rotate inventory to prevent expiration Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment
Compliance & Documentation:
Follow all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations Maintain HIPAApliance and patient confidentiality Support documentation and record-keeping processes Required Qualifications Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (or national certification) High School Diploma or equivalent Previous pharmacy or related experience Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Basic math, reading, and writing skills Required Skills Strong attention to detail Quality-focused mindset Ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment Accountability and reliability Team-oriented attitude Screening Requirements Must live within a reasonablemuting distance of Jeffersonville, IN Must hold an active pharmacy technician license Must be able to work onsite (no remote or hybrid option) Why ? Pay Details:
