Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire Join a growing specialty pharmacy team where your experience and reliability will make an immediate impact. This full-time contract opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Prepare and fill prescription orders in a high-volume mail order specialty pharmacy Accurately stage, package, and process medications for delivery Maintain workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy and compliance Support daily production goals in a fast-paced pharmacy environment Assist with inventory management and other pharmacy operations as needed Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend coverage as needed
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license Minimum of 2 years of current or recent pharmacy technician experience Recent high-volume retail or high-volume mail order pharmacy experience Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent attendance
