Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire A pharmacy technician role is available with opportunities to work within mail order and specialty retail pharmacy settings. This contract-to-hire position offers a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while providing essential pharmaceutical support to clients and healthcare professionals.
Location:
Indianapolis, IN Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend or evening hours as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and accuracy Enter orders and verify insurance information to ensure smooth processing Manage inventory control tasks carefully to maintain proper stock levels Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to support patient care Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Pharmacy Technician experience required Indiana Pharmacy Technician license mandatory Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills Strong data entry skills are essential Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus This position offers a structured day shift in a collaborative environment focused on delivering quality pharmaceutical services.
