Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Leavenworth, KS. You will work closely with a pharmacist in fulfilling pharmaceutical responsibilities and ensuring smooth operations within the pharmacy. Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications. Maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and pharmacy guidelines. Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns. Essential Skills A valid Pharmacy Technician license in Kansas. Strong understanding of pharmacy procedures and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous. Knowledge of pharmaceutical software systems is a plus. Work Environment The work environment includes working alongside one pharmacist and up to two pharmacy technicians. The setting is a professional healthcare facility in Leavenworth, KS, focused on providing exceptional service to patients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leavenworth, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
