Rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Set schedule assigned based on business needs Must be able to remain on task for extended periods and meet daily production goals Attendance and punctuality are critical due to team-based workflow
Requirements:
Education, Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays Licensed KS tech preferred. Work Schedule & Expectations Rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Set schedule assigned based on business needs Must be able to remain on task for extended periods and meet daily production goals Attendance and punctuality are critical due to team-based workflow Core Responsibilities Accurately fill and package medication orders under pharmacist supervision Prepare and maintain 30-day cycle fill medication cards in alignment with facility schedules Review and process facility pre-fill lists to ensure on-time delivery Handle returned medications, including proper sorting, recycling, and disposal Perform pre-packaging of high-volume medications during non-peak times Package medications and apply labels following standardized procedures Maintain an organized workstation and ensure packing materials are stocked Follow all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance Support team workflow and adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift Qualifications & Fit High School Diploma or GED required Kansas Pharmacy Technician license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Prior long-term care or cycle fill experience strongly preferred Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven environment Strong reliability, accountability, and team collaboration skills Work Environment Fast-paced, production-focused pharmacy setting Standing for extended periods and repetitive hand movements required Team members depend on each other to meet daily deadlines—consistency matters
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
