Job Description

About the Role Our pharmacy is expanding, and we're looking for a detail‑oriented, motivated Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about precision, patient care, and working in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Prepare traditional and customized compounded medications following strict quality and safety standards Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients Maintain cleanroom and equipment according to USP guidelines Document formulations and batch records with exceptional accuracy Assist pharmacists with workflow and customer service as needed Manage inventory of compounding supplies and ingredients Qualifications Prior compounding experience preferred (non‑sterile or sterile) Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or eligibility Strong math, measurement, and documentation skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and advancement Modern compounding facilities Meaningful work that directly improves patient outcomes
