Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Preparation Lead for a top Lexington Pharmaceutical manufacturer. This person will act as the primary point of contact for prepping solutions on their designated shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to producing high-quality products. Your expertise will ensure that solutions are handled safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards such as CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). Responsibilities- Prepare pharmaceutical solutions by accurately measuring, mixing, and packaging ingredients according to specified formulas and procedures. Coordinates daily and weekly solution preparation activities to ensure packaging lines have sufficient solution to support production needs. Uses pH meters, balances, temperature measuring devices, and timers to ensure solutions are prepared to product specifications. Completes batch records and logbooks accurately and provides preliminary review of documentation to ensure compliance with internal requirements and procedures Weighs raw materials and mixes solutions where ingredient accuracy is critical, following written and verbal instructions and established procedures. Maintain strict adherence to CGMP guidelines to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of preparation. Conduct quality checks during the production process, documenting observations and ensuring laboratory standards are met. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Associate degree, college coursework in a scientific field, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
