  • 11:30 PM Every Other Weekend Required Requirements Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience Experience with automated dispensing systems preferred Electronic health record (EHR) experience preferred Advanced Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus Responsibilities Medication Distribution Deliver medications throughout the facility, including STAT, IV, and routine medications Ensure medications arrive before scheduled administration times Process medication returns and assist with urgent delivery requests Support medication transport to patient care areas Automated Dispensing Support Assist with medication pulls and organization of unit bins Replenish medications and related supplies Support inventory management, stockouts, and discrepancy resolution Assist with troubleshooting dispensing cabinet issues Inventory Management Receive, stock, and rotate medication inventory Perform cycle counts and monitor medication expiration dates Process medication returns, transfers, and restocking activities Assist with inventory reconciliation and supply management Pharmacy Operations Restock medication inventory and pharmacy supplies Support medication packaging and labeling activities Assist with emergency tray management and internal delivery systems Maintain accurate inventory and distribution documentation Operational Support Maintain clean and organized medication storage areas Participate in daily workflow communications Support overall pharmacy operations as assigned Follow all medication safety, regulatory, and compliance standards Ideal Candidate Strong inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Familiarity with medication distribution workflows Experience with automated medication dispensing systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment TSHL01
