Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Pharmacy Technician! In this vital role, you will support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications with precision and care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure patients receive safe, accurate, and timely pharmaceutical services. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription medications by counting, measuring, and labeling accurately Verify prescription information for correctness and completeness before dispensing Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for medication supplies Communicate effectively with patients to clarify prescription details and provide excellent customer service Maintain meticulous records of medication transactions and inventory logs in compliance with regulatory standards Support the pharmacy team during medication compounding and packaging processes Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality standards at all times Experience Prior experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately Good communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and medication terminology is a plus Embark on a rewarding career path that combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
