Our team links care across multiple sites for patients, families and colleagues in an effort to restore, maintain and promote health and reduce the effects of disease and disability. As part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, we have access to the most innovative treatments and latest research, and we emphasize education and training among our team members. We also collaborate with doctors, nurses and specialists throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine to ensure continuity of your care. The Clinical Pharmacy Technician - Infusion provides courteous and efficient service to internal and external customers. Responds to orders from patients and Johns Hopkins Home Care Group personnel, specifically works closely with their Team Pharmacist to care for patients. Ensures that all information is documented and communicated accurately and promptly. Provides information on equipment, supplies, service and reimbursement. Establishes communication lines with JHHCG departments in order to effectively manage inquiries. Works with warehouse personnel to arrange and organize patient deliveries. Inputs daily deliveries into Outlook Calendar and onto a spreadsheet for Production Pharmacy planning. . The CPT also participates in other duties related to the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Competitive Benefits Package Tuition Assistance Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalency Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Certified (PTCB or NHA) Two (2) years pharmacy technician experience required
Salary Range:
Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
