Available services include compliance packaging, medication administration records (MARs), physician medication order forms (PMOFs), and more. We are open Monday

We are looking for a reliable, hard working, and enthusiastic data-entry certified pharmacy technician who is seeking a community-based, quality-focused, patient-centered work environment. Must be efficient and flexible, able to multitask, and be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Primary responsibilities will center around patient and prescription data entry. Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
  • Maintain and update patient and assisted living facility profiles while ensuring strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Accurately enter prescription data, including patient information, medication details, and insurance billing information into the pharmacy software system (RX30)
  • Perform pharmacy calculations as necessary to fulfill prescription orders
  • Process insurance claims, troubleshoot rejections and assist with completing prior authorization requests
  • Evaluate new prescriptions to determine cycle-fill versus daily-fill eligibility, and calculate monthly cycle medication completion to ensure synchronization and timely dispensing.
  • Run monthly cycle batch refills for patient maintenance medications following pharmacy protocols and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacists, physicians, assisted living facility staff, and team members to support prescription processing, ensuring a patient-centered care model
  • Sorting and organizing batch maintenance medications for monthly delivery
  • Print, scan and maintain paperwork
  • Manage A/R accounts and ensuring timely payments
  • Inventory management
  • Cover retail pharmacy technician duties as needed Opportunities for additional training, certifications, and responsibilities available.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician (required)
  • Pharmacy data entry experience: 1 year (required)
  • Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Strong data entry skills (required) with knowledge of pharmacy software system (RX30) (preferred)
Job Type:
Part-time or Full-time. Benefits available vary based on number of weekly hours worked.
Starting Salary:
negotiable, depending on experience and abilities plus bonus opportunities; performance evaluations and potential wage increase at 90 days.
