Full Job Description Pharmacy Technician Chevy Chase MD Pay From:
$22
Per Hour MUST:
4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician Experience in a fast paced outpatient retail setting Experience proessing and filling prescriptions Ordering medications and maintaining inventory Counting meds Verifying insurance Following up on rejected prescriptions Experience assisting patients on phone and in person Experience processing refills Strong computer skills Strong customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Certified in the state of Maryland as a pharmacy
Technician DUTIES:
The Pharmacy Technicians duties include but are not limited to the following: Order and maintain inventory Process and fill prescriptions Verify insurance Document patient information in computer system Provide customer service support Answer phones Greet customers Provide patient education •Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
