Job Description
Job Summary WFPC is looking for a dynamic individual to support both our Medication Refill and Referral departments as part of our Clinical team. This position requires a clear understanding of clinical pharmacology and involves the following tasks, but not limited to: Handling telephone and portal medication refill requests Completing Prior Authorizations Patient Assistance Appointment Scheduling and Patient Communication Skills required: Experience working in a clinical or pharmacy setting. Preferred Certification as a Pharmacy Technician and experience in patient referral Ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience at all times Work well within a fast-paced team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible Excellent computer skills
