About the Role We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician who brings equal parts accuracy, empathy, and grit to their work. This isn't a job for someone who wants to coast, do the bare minimum, or hide behind the counter. Our technicians are the backbone of our pharmacies. They are problem solvers, multitaskers, and offer dependable support for our customers. If you're committed to a career in pharmacy, we want to meet you. Full-time preferred (38-40 hours/week), but part-time applicants will also be considered. What You'll Do Welcome customers with warmth, patience, and clear communication Receive and enter prescriptions accurately, no shortcuts Troubleshoot insurance rejections and prescription issues with confidence and empathy Fill prescriptions with precision: selecting medication, measuring dosages, and labeling accurately Keep inventory organized by stocking, sorting, and monitoring on-hand quantities Support daily workflow by assisting with phones, data entry, and administrative tasks Follow all safety, privacy, and quality standards Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Adapt to changes in workflow, technology, and the evolving pharmacy landscape Who You Are A great fit for this role is someone who: Stays composed and focused when the pharmacy gets busy Shows up reliably and takes pride in consistency and accuracy Communicates with clarity and empathy, even when delivering difficult information Enjoys problem-solving and can stay steady under pressure Can shift gears throughout the day without losing attention to detail Takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to ask questions or pitch in Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience Strong customer service skills, especially in stressful situations Experience with pharmacy software systems Strong understanding of medication safety, dosage measurement, and pharmacy practices High attention to detail Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) Minnesota Pharmacy Technician Registration High school diploma or equivalent Preferred PTCB certification CPR/First Aid certification Experience in independent or high-volume retail pharmacy Interest in pursuing additional training (e.g., immunization certification) Benefits Competitive hourly wage
