Pharmacy Technician - Full Time (Monday-Friday) ACCESS Family Care - Joplin, MO ACCESS Family Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Joplin clinic team. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule , a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care within a community-focused healthcare organization. Position Summary The Pharmacy Technician supports the daily operations of the pharmacy by assisting pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, inventory management, and patient communication. This role is essential in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services for our patients. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently Maintain medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies Operate pharmacy software systems and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and organizational policies Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Missouri Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Basic computer proficiency ACCESS Family Care follows Federal Guidelines with Pre-employment Drug Screening.
