- Full-time Josefs Pharmacy, a reputable independent and family-owned community pharmacy located in beautiful Raleigh & Durham, North Carolina, is urgently hiring a full-time certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) to join its highly motivated team at its Raleigh location.
The working schedule is an 8-hour shift daily during the pharmacy's open hours of 9am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday & 9am-4pm on rotating Saturdays. Pharmacy experience and high-quality customer service are required. Retail experience preferred. Responsibilities include processing orders, customer service, , , and front-end direct patient engagement including but not limited to 1. Greeting and welcoming customers2. Gathering and inputting complete information3. Confirming insurance coverage & reimbursement, including solving insurance issues4. Printing & confirming labels5. Accurately filling prescriptions6. Follow up with patients, often by phone7. Prepares and reconciles delivery transactions 8. Answering phone calls and directing them to the right person 9. Answering the drive thru window10. Accountable for all cash register procedures, including accurate cash transactions11. Manages the will call bins12. Call patients to communicate key issues and to remind them to pick up prescriptions 15. Support Sales Initiatives .
