Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Manage medication intake processes, including verifying prescriptions and patient information Support patient service activities by answering questions and providing medication guidance Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including infection control and medication handling procedures Document all pharmacy activities in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery Skills • Critical care experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to work in high-pressure environments Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and communication Familiarity with aseptic technique for sterile compounding Ability to work effectively within acute care settings and handle intake processes efficiently Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
