Join our inpatient pharmacy team and gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment where your growth is a priority. As a Pharmacy Intern, you'll work side-by-side with experienced pharmacists, building the skills and confidence needed for your future career—while directly supporting safe, high-quality patient care. What You'll Do Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, compounding, and distribution Utilize pharmacy automation to enhance safety and efficiency Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded products (including IV admixtures) Manage medication inventory, including controlled substances and cycle counts Support narcotic distribution and maintain accurate perpetual inventories Conduct medication storage inspections across clinical areas Perform precise pharmaceutical calculations Respond to medication-related questions from healthcare teams and patients Participate in clinical and administrative pharmacy functions What Makes This Role Unique This isn't just a job—it's a structured learning experience designed to grow with you throughout pharmacy school.
