Certified Pharmacy Technician

Position Overview We are a locally owned independent pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized care and exceptional customer service to our community. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MicroMerchant Systems- PrimeRx and PrimePOS (required) and a passion for helping patients with their healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Technician Duties:

Enter and process prescriptions using PrimeRx Assist pharmacist with prescription preparation and labeling Handle insurance claims and resolve rejections Manage refill requests and communicate with patients and providers Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Assist with inventory control and medication ordering Qualifications Licensed Pharmacy Technician in New Jersey Experience with PrimeRx (required) Previous pharmacy technician and/or retail experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
