This temp-to-perm role offers dynamic work in a fast-paced environment supporting a high volume of prescriptions.

Location:

Sayreville, New Jersey Schedule:

Variable schedule including day and mid shifts Approximately two closing shifts per week Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians, assisting with order processing and inquiries Accurately enter prescription data and maintain detailed patient, physician, and prescription records Identify and report any adverse events following company protocols Support the pharmacy team in various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a preference for mail order or closed-door pharmacy experience; retail experience is also acceptable Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently and professionally Stable work history without frequent job changes in recent years

Pharmacy Software:

Experience with Prime Rx is beneficial but not required This position is ideal for a technician looking to contribute to patient care through focused customer interactions and efficient pharmacy operations in a closed-door setting.
