The position requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support patients with their prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Sayreville, New Jersey Schedule:

Variable schedule including day and mid shifts Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Two closing shifts per week

Responsibilities:

Handle a large volume of calls with patients and healthcare providers efficiently and professionally Provide exceptional support to patients and physicians, ensuring timely and accurate assistance Accurately enter data and prepare prescriptions with meticulous attention to detail Maintain precise records of patients, physicians, and prescriptions in compliance with company policies Identify and report adverse events following standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey (clear and valid) One or more years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably within a mail order or closed-door setting Excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail Prior experience in retail pharmacy considered Candidates with stable work history preferred; avoid frequent job changes within the last year This opportunity is temp-to-perm with an assignment period of 8 to 13 weeks, offering potential for permanent placement based on performance and fit.
