Flexible; includes evenings and/or weekends as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the pharmacist in daily operations, ensure accurate prescription processing, and provide excellent customer service to our patients. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Enter and process prescription orders accurately in the system Handle insurance claims, prior authorizations, and rejections Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiration checks Provide courteous and professional customer service Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations Support daily pharmacy workflow and administrative tasks Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred Active Pharmacy Technician certification/registration (as required by state) Knowledge of pharmacy software systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with insurance billing and troubleshooting Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflow Bilingual skills are a plus Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive and collaborative work environment

Pay:

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
