The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping patients receive excellent care. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and fulfillment Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally Process insurance claims and troubleshoot rejections Manage inventory, medication ordering, and restocking Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA requirements Support vaccination workflow and patient outreach as needed Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred New Jersey Pharmacy Technician registration required (or ability to obtain) National certification (PTCB or ExCPT) preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy retail pharmacy setting Preferred Qualifications Chinese-speaking preferred (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) Korean-speaking is a plus Certified to administer vaccinations preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction about your experience and availability.
