This role will predominantly handle in-person pick-ups, delivery setup, field phone calls, and manage our will-ball bins. Second, this role may flex into filling prescriptions and making calls to patients and providers as needed. The most important aspect of this role is a high proficiency in customer service. •NOTE, our pharmacy uses the Pioneer RX software Responsibilities Provide excellent and clear customer service communication to our patients in-person and over the phone Set up delivery baskets for daily drivers Manage the organization and stock returns from our will-call bins Answer phones in a prompt fashion Problem solve common obstacles patients face to obtaining their medications Be flexible into other tasks as needed on the pharmacy floor Experience Demonstrated customer service with an emphasis on clear communication Some experience in a high-volume pharmacy preferred Experience at a pharmacy register or fill station required
