Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Direct Hire Seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a healthcare setting. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to utilize your expertise in prescription processing and medication management while contributing to patient care and safety.

Trenton, NJ Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Verify prescription information, including dosage, patient details, and insurance coverage. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of medications. Maintain patient records and assist with insurance claims processing. Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and assisting with medication orders. Comply with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in pharmacy operations. Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting. Familiarity with prescription filling systems and pharmacy software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in dispensing medications. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers. Pharmacy Technician certification preferred or required as per state regulations.
