Job Description

Category Pharmacy•Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A pharmacy technician position is available on a contract basis in Bernalillo, NM, supporting an Albuquerque site. This role requires distributing prescribed medications and providing detailed information to customers on medication use while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Schedule:
Monday to
Thursday:
8:30 AM•5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Friday:
7:30 AM•4:00 PM (8.5 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute drugs prescribed by licensed physicians and other health practitioners Communicate effectively with customers regarding medication usage and precautions Ensure customer service excellence in all interactions
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid New Mexico Pharmacy Technician license Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This contract role offers an opportunity to contribute to quality patient care within a supportive pharmacy environment.
