Main Responsibilities:

Typing and processing prescription orders accurately Answering phone calls and assisting patients with pharmacy-related questions Calling patients regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication pickups Assisting patients at the pharmacy counter Processing payments and insurance information Preparing and filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision Maintaining accurate patient and prescription records Assisting with daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Must speak English and Spanish Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification (if required by state law) Good communication and customer service skills Pharmacy experience preferred Strong typing and data entry skills Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
