Job Description

Under general supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and in accordance with standard departmental procedures, prepare medications for patient consumption.
Qualifications:
H.S. graduate, 1-year Pharmacy experience or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and NYS Pharmacy Technician Registration. Will pass a 90-day evaluation period upon hire. Must maintain certified pharmacy technician certificate (CPhT)from a nationally recognized program. Must maintain a current NYS Pharmacy Technician Registration. $19.65-$32.11/hourly; AFSCME Technical Unit
