Assist in the preparation and dispensing of home infusion medications. Accurately compound sterile and non-sterile products following established protocols. Maintain proper documentation and inventory control. Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to support patient care. Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines in the pharmacy setting. Provide excellent communication and support to patients and healthcare teams.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred. Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, especially within home infusion pharmacy. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile compounding. Familiarity with pharmacy law, regulations, and best practices. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
