Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients/customers and ring up sales when needed. Manage inventory, order and restock the front OTC shelves Check orders that are received and price daily orders Complete insurance benefit verification, initiate and follow up on prior authorizations and correct claim discrepancies. Process and fill prescription using computer software as directed by pharmacist. Pull, package and label products for patients Answer and make daily calls to coordinate patient deliveries Handle calls from patients and doctors

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, positive attitude and has an interest in natural products Team player Reliable and always on time Knowledge of Micro Merchant Prime Rx a plus

Bi-Lingual:

Spanish or Russian speaking preferred but not required
