Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A growing mail-order pharmacy in Athens, OH seeks experienced Pharmacy Technicians ready to advance their careers by learning sterile IV compounding. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity offering hands-on training from basic compounding techniques to complex sterile IV preparation. Candidates with 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists with prescription processing and data entry, accurately filling and packaging prescriptions for mail distribution, and supporting inventory and shipping operations. Training will be provided to master both non-sterile and sterile compounding in compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations. Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and contributing to efficient workflow coordination are essential.
