Category Pharmacy•Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This position is a 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire. The schedule is primarily first shift with varied weekday hours.

8:00am•2:00pm

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer system. Assist in dispensing prescription medications under pharmacist supervision. Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and concerns. Resolve adjudication issues by working with third-party prescription plans to enable smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Experience with Pioneer Rx is preferred but not required.
