Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A prominent healthcare facility in the greater Columbus, OH area is seeking four certified pharmacy technicians for a 13-week contract assignment starting in late July. This position focuses on hospital outpatient pharmacy services and requires candidates to bring recent inpatient experience and strong technical skills.

Two positions: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, every other weekend Two positions: Overnight shift, 9:00 pm - 7:30 am, Monday through
Thursday Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and dispense medications within the hospital outpatient pharmacy setting Utilize Cerner EMR system to manage prescriptions and documentation Support pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory and safety standards Assist with IV medication preparations (IV experience preferred) Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
Certified Pharmacy Technician with a valid Ohio license National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required Minimum of 1-year recent inpatient pharmacy experience; IV medication experience is a strong advantage Proficient with Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
