Sandusky, OH Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and compound sterile medications according to established protocols Utilize Pyxis automation for medication dispensing and inventory management Enter medication orders into Meditech electronic health records system Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical staff to ensure patient medication safety and timely distribution Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license National Pharmacy Technician Certification (e.g., PTCB) Proven inpatient pharmacy experience, particularly with sterile compounding Familiarity with Pyxis automation systems and Meditech order entry Detail-oriented and able to work independently during overnight shifts
