As an Order Entry Technician Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our department operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire:
Supervise and support a team of talented pharmacy technicians. You'll be responsible for scheduling, training, and providing feedback to ensure top-notch performance.
Collaborate and Communicate:
Work closely with other departments to coordinate workflow, address concerns, and ensure seamless communication between shifts.
Drive Excellence:
Assist with managing staff, including counseling, discipline, and contributing to new hire and annual reviews. You'll also help maintain accurate records of PTO, attendance, and time-off requests.
Ensure Accuracy:
Utilize your understanding of pharmacy computer systems, such as Framework, Error Queue, DocuTrack, and Paxit Manager, to oversee order entry functions. You'll ensure accurate and timely input of prescription and patient information.
Solve Problems:
Under the supervision of a pharmacist, assist with follow-up, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clarifications.
Engage and Support:
Assist with answering incoming calls, helping customers with their questions, and directing them to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
Credentials:
Must be registered and maintain in good standing the pharmacy technician credentials required by State regulation.
Experience:
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
