PHARMACY TECH
(NON-CERTIFIED)DEFINITION
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, provides technical support for the provision of pharmaceutical services to all age groups including adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients.REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
(IFAPPLICABLE
): Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy's Technician Permit required within 120 days.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior hospital experience High school diploma or equivalency Technical training or equivalent experience in a pharmacy.PHARMACY TECH
(CERTIFIED)DEFINITION

National Certification at the time of hire, or an Associates Degree for an accredited University/Community College. Technical training or equivalent experience in a pharmacy.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
