Job Description Job Summary Job Summary Medication Preparation and Dispensing
Provides Administrative and Clerical Support
Medication Stocking/Delivery and Automated Medication Equipment
Patient Care Functions
Sterile Compounding Qualifications Education HS diploma or GED required. Experience At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I. Licensure/Certification OK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination). Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities All Level I and II competencies. Work Shift Day
