Job Description

About the Role We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians with a stable employment history who are self-motivated to excel in five key areas: Productivity, Teamwork, Customer Service, Accuracy, and Attendance. Duties include:
Answering phones and triaging calls to pharmacists in the processing room Processing refills and new prescriptions in pharmacy software Assisting walk-in customers at the front desk with all will-call transactions Taking and managing voicemails from the pharmacy inbox Faxing refill requests to prescribers Assisting processing pharmacists with small projects This position rotates between the processing area and the front desk. All duties can be performed at both stations, with the exception of walk-in customer assistance, which takes place at the front desk only. Secondary Duties (~15% of role) Sorting hard copies Cutting bubble wrap for shipping purposes Shredding PHI Other organizational tasks as needed Occasional lifting and moving of containers up to 20 lbs Requirements Intermediate to expert level pharmacy technician experience Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Ability to commute to Beaverton, OR 97008 (Required) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
