$37/hr (including stipend) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician for a travel assignment in Seaside, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, including IV admixing of non-hazardous medications, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role supports medication preparation, dispensing, and sterile compounding services while maintaining strict adherence to hospital pharmacy standards and patient safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing inpatient medications Perform IV admixing of non-hazardous medications in accordance with sterile compounding standards Accurately process medication orders using Epic EMR Prepare, label, and distribute medications to inpatient units Maintain medication storage, inventory control, and stock levels Ensure compliance with USP and hospital pharmacy protocols Support medication reconciliation and order verification processes Maintain accurate records for pharmacy transactions and controlled substances Support weekend inpatient pharmacy operations as required Communicate effectively with pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare staff Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Active Pharmacy Technician certification/license (Oregon preferred or eligible) Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required Experience with IV admixing (non-hazardous medications) required Familiarity with sterile compounding techniques required Experience with Epic EMR preferred Strong attention to detail and medication accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work weekends as scheduled Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
