Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract This opportunity seeks a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves distributing medications prescribed by healthcare professionals and communicating essential information about their use to patients and customers.

Oregon City, OR Start Date:
June 29
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Duration:
Approximately 9+ weeks (contract)
Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other licensed health practitioners Provide clear, accurate medication information and guidance to customers Maintain a strong focus on delivering a superior level of customer service throughout every interaction Assist with inventory management and medication preparation as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality This contract position offers the chance to contribute your expertise in a supportive pharmacy environment while honing your skills in both retail and long-term care settings.
