Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will assist pharmacists in compounding medications, managing patient interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Your expertise in medication management, patient care, and compounding will help us deliver exceptional healthcare support. Duties Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, mainly compounded medications Assist with medication intake, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring proper medication administration procedures are followed. Maintain precise records of medication inventory, prescriptions, and patient interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting patient care initiatives. Experience Previous pharmacy technician experience in compounding pharmacy is required Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient service and support patient care initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage intake processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
