Job Description

Location:
Phoenixville, PA 19460 ( In-Person Only - Applicants must reside within local commuting distance )
Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Part-Time Business Hours:
M-F 9AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-1PM Why Join Us? We are an independent community pharmacy specializing in custom compounding. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your clinical skill set beyond standard retail dispensing by working directly with non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities Compounding Support:
Weigh, mix, and prepare medications following Master Formulation Records (MFRs) in strict accordance with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.
Lab Maintenance:
Maintain meticulous documentation (batch logs, cleaning records) and ensure the compounding equipment and workspace are pristine.
Pharmacy Operations:
Accurately enter and process prescriptions using our pharmacy software, manage inventory of bulk chemicals and traditional retail stock, and handle regular order check-ins.
Patient Care & Front Counter:
Assist patients with pick-ups, ring up transactions, manage refills, and provide professional, empathetic service over the phone and in person.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (Retail or Compounding preferred).
Registered Technician :
Must have
Pharmacy Technician Registration Location:
Must be locally based in or immediately surrounding Phoenixville, PA, with reliable transportation.
Compliance & Precision:
Extreme attention to detail, a strong commitment to HIPAA/patient confidentiality, and a willingness to strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Soft Skills:
Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment and collaborate seamlessly with our pharmacy team.
Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
