Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A per diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a short-term assignment from September 8 to 10 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This role offers a chance to apply your pharmacy technician skills in a dynamic retail setting during first-shift hours.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient information and prescription orders accurately into the computer system. Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications efficiently and safely. Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain appropriate pharmacy stock levels. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and concerns. Resolve issues with third-party prescription plans to ensure smooth processing of prescriptions.
Qualifications:
Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license. At least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Experience with Pioneer Rx software is highly preferred. This position is ideal for pharmacy technicians seeking flexible, per diem work and an engaging environment where attention to detail and customer interaction are key.
