Position Overview/Project Details:

This position requires a California-licensed Pharmacy Technician working under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. The technician will be responsible for the packaging, preparation, and sterile compounding of intravenous medications as well as injectable medications, including chemotherapy and other biohazardous drugs. All duties must be performed in accordance with USP and standards, institutional protocols, and safety guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience :

At least 1 year of performing related duties as a pharmacy technician. Need candidates with hospital experience, not retail experience. Licensed pharmacy technician license in good standing with California Board of Pharmacy Experience with sterile compounding
