Philadelphia, PA Job Details Contract $23.21 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Pharmacy technician experience 3 years PTCB Certification High school diploma or GED Managing clients in a customer support role Bachelor's degree Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Fully Remote, must be available in work in EST schedules, Duties The pharmacy technician supports the organization's mission and purpose by providing front-line customer support for a diverse portfolio of customers. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound telephone inquiries from members, pharmacies, and prescribers in our National Customer Care Center. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards. Skills 3 to 5 years Recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience Education HS Diploma/GED Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCBor NHA) preferred
