Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries. Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required). Previous pharmacy experience. Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills required. Excellent telephone etiquette. Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
Available shift:
6pm-2:30am. 10pm-6:30am.
