Full-time Role Description:
MedRock pharmacy is looking for a motivated individual who values team work, has strong work ethics, and is willing to learn, improve and grow. MedRock is a fast growing full-service pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products, our mission is to create medicines that improve the quality of patients lives. The Pharmacy Lab Technician will primarily do non-sterile compounding and/or data entry and perform all tasks and duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Weighing, mixing and packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer. Assists in maintaining logs, documents and any required paperwork Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety and cleanliness. Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, fills prescriptions and prepares RXs and compounds of quality, compliant with State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Enter data into computer system to fill prescriptions "Life-File"
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Integrity and Accountability Adaptability Required Education & Experience:
High School Degree/GED Required Active Tennessee State Pharmacy Technician license (within 90 days of employment) CPhT
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (a plus) Experience in non-sterile compounding is preferred

Status:
Full Time, Non-Exempt, M-F; 8:00AM-4:30PM; 2 Saturdays per month 9AM-1

$16.00
  • $17.00 per hour $17.50
  • 18 per hour licensed
