Employment Type:
Temporary assignment with opportunity for extension or permanent placement based on business needs and performance. This position includes a 90-day probationary period.
Work Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday Monday, Thursday, and Friday:
11:00 AM - 9:30
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Must be able to work a 4-day/10-hour shift schedule Overtime may be required based on business needs

Onsite Position Overview:
The Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in a Central Fill pharmacy environment by supporting prescription fulfillment operations, inventory management, medication preparation, data entry, and automated dispensing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to pharmacy regulations and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual prescription entry and data entry activities Pick, replenish, and prepare products for prescription filling Operate automated sorting and counting equipment Fill bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules Apply prescription labels to bottles and packaging Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Receive, store, and organize incoming pharmacy supplies Count inventory and enter data into computer systems to maintain inventory records Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels Complete required forms and documentation accurately Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area Follow all pharmacy procedures, policies, and quality standards Support efficient pharmacy operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Current Tennessee State Pharmacy Technician License Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy operations experience Pharmacy experience required Reliable transportation Ability to work the assigned 4-day/10-hour schedule Ability to work overtime when required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to maintain inventory records and documentation Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Benefits:
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
