Full-Time Position Overview Advanced Rx Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an on-site position for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional service to patients. Key Responsibilities Receive and process written prescriptions and refill requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy Accurately enter and verify patient information and medical histories while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance Provide high-quality customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist Prepare and dispense medications, including counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions Process and troubleshoot patient insurance claims and billing issues Maintain accurate records and documentation in pharmacy systems Conduct inventory audits, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering medications and supplies Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Tennessee is a plus. Certification (CPhT) preferred, but not required.
