- Job Summary and Qualifications
- As a Pharmacy Technician II you will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records.
- What qualifications you will need:
- + •High School Diploma or equivalent•+ •A minimum of 6 months Pharmacy Technician experience at South Austin Medical Center or 12 months hospital experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital with at least 200 beds•+ •Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Pharmacy Technician Registration or TSBP Pharmacy Intern License•+ •Sterile Products (IV) Certification through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) within 3 months of date of hire•Benefits•St.
